First Time Buyers....You need a representative (Buyer
Agent)
Stop paying rent and own a place for the pride as well as

As a first time buyer you will need someone to represent you
and walk you thought the process. I would be your
buyer agent and will look after your interest.
I will:
- Find homes to look at based on your needs, tastes,
finances and show you as many properties as you like, to ensure you get a
home of your choice
- I will help you in signing a contract with the
seller and negotiate the best deal from the seller.
- I can arrange to set you up with a mortgage broker
- I will arrange for home inspections, warranties
and repairs. I will follow up.
- I will ensure that your "closing" goes smoothly.
There is NO COST
to you for my services. Having me work for you does not raise the price of
the home. You get representation for free (the seller's commission covers my
expenses)
In addition all the facilities of Keller Williams and its team of real estate professionals are available for your
benefit.
BE CAREFUL of visiting a new home
development. If you go there personally you cannot later choose a buyer
agent to represent you. If you decide to buy a home there, you will have
no representation in the transaction. I can work with you to buy a new
home, with representation.
